Quick answer: Bees Creek, sometimes listed as the Sienna Village of Bees Creek, is one of the community’s newer villages. It draws buyers who want modern floor plans and efficient use of space. It sits toward Sienna’s newer southern sections. As a result, it tends to feed into Almeta Crawford High School rather than Ridge Point.

Over the last 12 months, 39 homes sold in Bees Creek at a median price of $522,000, or $199 per square foot. That price per square foot is the highest in Sienna, reflecting newer construction on smaller footprints.

What Makes Bees Creek Different
Bees Creek is one of Sienna’s newer villages. It’s aimed at buyers who want a modern floor plan without buying more house than they need. Builders like Shea Homes have offered homes here from roughly 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
That size range matters. It’s a different bracket than several of Sienna’s other villages offer. That opens the community to buyers who’d otherwise be priced out.
Homes in Bees Creek
Efficient use of space is the theme here. Floor plans favor open living areas and high ceilings over raw square footage. As a result, the homes feel larger than the numbers suggest.
Because the village is newer, systems and finishes are recent. For buyers who don’t want a renovation project, that’s a meaningful advantage over Sienna’s older sections.
Location and Amenities
Bees Creek sits toward Sienna’s newer southern sections. Residents still connect into the wider community amenity network. That said, the village sits farther from Sienna’s original amenity centers than the older villages do.
Schools
